NATSIHA has partnered with the Australian Council of Social Service (ACOSS) and the First Nations Clean Energy Network to better understand how rising temperatures are affecting our communities, especially those living in poorly designed homes and facing financial pressures.

We’re already getting hit with hot summer temperatures. For people living in poorly designed homes who aren’t able to run fans and air-conditioning that could mean that they’re facing indoor temperatures of over 45 degrees.
